A comprehensive data presentation of the gender aspect of the results of the municipal, regional and European elections in Greece (May-June 2019)

The Observatory of the General Secretariat for Gender Equality, i.e. the governmental organization in charge of equality between women and men, has dedicated its 21^st e-bulletin to the gender aspect of the results of the municipal, regional and European elections in Greece (26^th of May and 2^nd of June, 2019):

The main characteristics of its content are the following:

i) percentage of mayor candidates per gender in the municipal elections

ii) percentage of elected mayors per gender in the municipal elections

iii) number and percentage of regional governor candidates and candidate members of the regional councils per gender in the regional elections

iv) percentage of regional governors per gender in the regional elections

v) percentage of elected MEPs per gender in the European Parliament elections.
